Quick efficient service at an excellent discount. Damon from Onetile was responsive to all my questions. The Tiles came from Italy to Scotland in 4 weeks which I thought was very quick when my local store suggested more than 6 weeks.

She was, as a representative of the company very engaged and able to deliver all my needs to Poland. I ordered tiles coming from Italy over to the Czech Republic. All delivered on time, not damaged and as specified. Excellent customer service, very reactive and supportive. The contact via Whatsapp was very easy and allowed the salesperson to reassure me by providing me with different documents. Very good quality tiles, especially knowing that the price is much more attractive than the competition. Delivery was fast and made properly.

We bought our bathroom tiles via a very deceiving tradesman. He luckily made a reservation for our tiles with onetile before running away with our money. Stefania from the customer service was amazing in helping us getting the tiles for our project and all information we needed to go to the police. Even though we found out all of this only a few days before the tiles were needed, Stefania made it possible to keep our timeline! Really pleased with the service and an amazing product!

Can‘t recommend them enough!
